　　黄志强，主任医师，教授，中国工程院院士，博士研究生导师。1922年1月生于厂东。中国共产党党员。现任军医进修学院学位委员会主席，解放军总医院普通外科研究所所长，中华医学会资深会员，国际外科学会会员，《中华外科杂志》编辑委员会顾问，中华外科学会顾问，中华外科学会胆道外科学组顾问，《美国医学会杂志》（-IAMA）中文版总编辑，中国医学基金会理事。1948年，在国内首次报道了应用迷走神经切断术治疗消化性溃疡的经验。1958年，在临床首次应用肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石。1963年，组织创建我国第一个集医疗、教学、科研于一体的肝胆外科专业；首次实施脾一下腔静脉端侧吻合术、肠系膜上-下腔侧侧吻合术进行门静脉高压的外科治疗。1985年，首次组织进行全国性胆结石和肝内胆管结石流行病学调查分析。1990年，在国内首先报道了肝门部胆管癌的扩大根治术。“肝胆管结石及其并发症的外科治疗与实验研究”荣获2001年国家科技进步一等奖。
