  常文保是北京大学化学与分子工程学院教授,从事分析化学的教学和科研工作40余年,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文200余篇。本书收选了其中的近90篇,涉及化学教育,多元络合物的分析应用和生化分析,半数以上是近10余年来在非放射免疫分析的基础研究方面所取得的科研成果,包括多种单克隆和多克隆抗体的制备;时间分辨免疫分析、脂质体免疫分析、控温相分离免疫分析和水凝胶毛细管电泳免疫分析等几种分析方法的建立;以及利用这些分析方法检测与人类健康密切相关的药物、激素、毒品、兴奋剂等的应用研究。这些都是与生命科学相关的分析化学,近年来在学术界深受关注。本书可供分析化学、生化分析、临床诊断等领域的研究人员、教师和研究生阅读参考。出版本书还为了纪念常文保教授辛勤耕耘的一生,让他所钟爱的事业被更多的人了解并受益。
