He has won severalacademic awards for his presentations.Theresa Zanatta is an author, teacher, teacher trainer,and education consultant. She has been writing,teaching, and training teachers and trainers for morethan 15 years. She is based in Barcelona, Spain, but hasworked in more than 20 countries around the worldinEurope, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Canada, and theUnited States. During this time she has also held thepositions of Director, North American Institute inBadalona, Spain, and Director, Adult English Program ofthe North American Institute in Barcelona. In addition,she regularly teaches at the University of Barcelona, ValleD'Hebron, in their postgraduate program for elementaryteachers. Ms. Zanatta has a B.S. degree from St.Michael's College, University of Toronto, a teachingCertificate in TEFL from the Royal Society of Arts,London, and a Master's degree in TEFL in curriculumdesign and development from the Universitat deBarcelona. Ms. Zanatta is coauthor of the first editionof Parade (Longman/Pearson Education, 1996).
