Since the beginningof critical approach towards modernism architectural critics andhistorians are desperately trying to find the answer to thequestion， what will be the next 'great style.throughout the historgof architecture， formal feature's characteristic for each epochcould be classified into a set of general rules，described asarchitectural stgles. although those stgles were constantlgevolving， merging， forming complex hgbrids， often even occurring inparallel， and buildings representing particular style were rarelyperfectly fitting in its rigid definition， knowledge of the style'scharacteristics was giving relativelg good impression about thearchitecture of corresponding era.
