内容简介

  《海南省“十二五”规划特色重点教材:导游技能英语》以单元的形式出现,主要包括四部分:对话、阅读、投诉、练习。第一部分主要内容为导游接待客人的整个流程,采取模拟真实导游与游客在不同情景中对话的方式,为导游在服务中遇到的各种情况提供实用的英语口语解决办法。场景内容包括:为客人预订酒店及机票、接机、办理酒店入住、用餐、购物、景点导游、安排游览线路、费用商议、应对投诉等等。在每个场景对话后,会将有用的词组和句型单独列出。并且作为本书的一大特色,会将涉及到海南以及祖国的风土人情融入到对话之中,包括天气、地理位置、特色产品、水果、少数民族、节日庆典、手工艺品等内容。其中,为了能详细、清晰地将这些内容展示出来,我们采取在每一个单元结尾用注释标注的方式。第二部分以全国知名旅游景点的景点中英文对照介绍词。其中包括滨海旅游、名山大川及名胜古迹各个景点。既有各个旅游景点的标准英文名称,也有在这些历史、自然景点的中英文解说词,包括景点的由来与历史名人的故事等等。第三部分主要涉及客人投诉与处理技巧。第四部分涉及与本单元有关的口笔头练习。书末附有外语导游应具备的知识和素质资料,供教师选讲和学生自主学习。

作者简介

  李永才,男,1962年11月出生,山东邹城人,中共党员,研究生学历。李永才教授在大学从事英语教学工作25年,其间,于1990年至1992年在华东师范大学外语系读英语语言文学研究生,2002年3月至2005年2月在南非参加中国外交部援外项目。李永才副教授在大学任教期间先后主讲过多门专业课程;编著各类阅读教材和语法书籍7部,出版专著一部;主持和参与完成了海南省教育厅和社科联科研基金项目3个,主持和参与了在研省级课题4个,在省级以上学术期刊、重点大学学报和核心期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
