The rig test of locomotives and rolling stocks is an effective approach for research and development of locomotives and rolling stocks,and this standard is formulated in order to normalize the test and promote the test quality.For the purpose of this standard,dynamics test standards for locomotives and rolling stocks,i.e. Railway Vehicles-Speci fication for Evaluation the Dynamics Per formance and Accreditation Test (GB/T 5599-1985) and Appraisal Method and Evaluation Standard for Dynamics Performance Test of Railway Locomotives (TB/T 2360-1993) are referred to.The test items and methods proposed in this standard are basically in conformity with two standards above.At the same time,according to features and capacity of the rig test,the suspension self-vibration characteristic test for locomotives and rolling stocks and the car body vibration mode test for locomotives and rolling stocks are proposed.
