　　《医学英语泛读教程》主要为医学专业学生的英语泛读课程设计。全书共分为8个单元，其主题分别为：重大疾病、医学热点、医界名人、医学与艺术、医学与伦理、医学与未来、医学与影视以及医学与宗教。《医学英语泛读教程》涉及内容广泛，以医学为中心，选择的文章具有较强的专业性，但又不会是枯燥词汇和专业知识的堆积，而多是生动有趣、贴近生活、与时俱进的故事和观点。在提高学生医学和英语能力的同时，还能促进他们的分析推理等思维能力。《医学英语泛读教程》每个单元有4篇文章，依次为泛读A、泛读B、快速阅读C和课后阅读D。泛读A、泛读B和快速阅读C中的难点词汇会有脚注，以帮助学生更加顺畅地阅读。每篇文章后附有相应的习题，这些习题考查的主要是学生对文章内容的理解而不是语法。其中泛读A会比较侧重词汇的训练，而泛读B则更注重培养学生对文章整体的理解，并附上与之相关的话题，鼓励学生在阅读之外搜集更多相关资料，丰富自己的知识，并展开探讨。

作者简介

　　黄婷，女，1978年出生于武汉，2003年于武汉大学获得英语硕士学位，同年开始在华中科技大学任教。2015年开始在华中科技大学攻读博士学位。多年来一直从事英语教学和教研工作，尤其专注于华中科技大学同济医学院学生的英语教育工作，有着丰富的教学经验。翻译出版过《希特勒传》并在《上海翻译》等期刊上发表过数篇论文。
