　　Specifications for Substation Ascending Operation and Protective Device（DL/T 1209） is divided into four parts：Part 1： Holding Bar Ladder， Ladder Utensil， Ladder Platform and Bridge.Part 2： Demountable Maintenance Platform.Part 3： Lift Maintenance Platform.Part 4： Composite Quick-installed Scaffold.This is part 4 of DL/T 1209.This part is proposed by and under the jurisdiction of China Electricity Council（CEC）.
