  Moral responsibility is an extremely important part in Ideological and political education, and it is also one of the forms of social cultural value. At the level of corporate, moral responsibility is the main presentation of the corporate's moral power and value. Taking moral responsibility is the important premise of the realization of social responsibility, corporate value, and even social impetus for the corporate. This thesis tries to make a normative study of corporate moral responsibility in the view of ethics and focuses on the corporate's moral responsibility to emphasize the value orientation of human standard view and Confucian ethics culture. Constructing the contemporary corporate responsibility from the two dimensions of internal and external in the all-round new path.The research of corporate moral responsibility itself needs to explore the historical and semantic, pragmatic and other dimensions of responsibility. We should investigate the things that those responsible should do and the condemnation and sanctions they would accept because of the absence of function; make clear the psychological analysis of responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion, responsibility willing and responsibility behavior; confirm the normative nature of moral responsibility and affirm the normative judgment is the core of the responsibility and attribution. What's more, this text tries to define the three aspects of support including the interest relationships and ethical symbiosis between the corporates and stakeholders; the bidirectional relationship between economy and ethics, economy and society; and the free decision-making power, the program action capability, the consequence prediction force and the bearing capacity for moral responsibility of modern corporate to prominent the important practical significance of corporate moral responsibility.

作者简介

  姜晶花,A native of Liyang, Jiangsu Province, Dr. Jiang is an associate professor and master supervisor at University of Science and Technology Beijing.Her main research areas include economic ethics, ideological and political education theory, and etiquette and ethics. She serves as a member of the youth ethics committee of the Chinese Ethics Society, a member of the political ethics committee of the Chinese Ethics Society, and president of Confucian Etiquette Research Association Nanjing. Dr. Jiang has presided over many scientific research projects such as Research on the Contemporary Construction Path of Corporate Ethical Responsibility and Entrepreneur Moral Responsibility (16BZX101), a general project of 2016 National Social Science Fund; Research on the Cultivation of Corporate Moral Responsibility in China During the Transition Period (CX2213_0352), a project under the 2013 Research Innovation Plan for University Postgraduates in Jiangsu Province (funded by the provincial government); Popularized Reader of Traditional Chinese Etiquette: A Guide (15JPJ019), a general project of 2015 Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research. She has independently published more than 30 papers and monographs including Human Nature: The Confusion Between Good and Evil, City Value and Cultural Ethics, translated and edited Capital, and compiled The Reader of Etiquette for Middle School Students and Popularized Reader of Traditional Chinese Etiquette: A Guide. Dr. Jiang was a visiting scholar at the China Research Center of Aichi University in 2005 and the School of Philosophy, Fudan University in 2019.
