　　2021年是中东大动荡爆发十周年、“9·11”事件二十周年，地区局势正发生深刻变革。中东国家间关系尤其是地区大国关系出现积极的缓和迹象，但“阿拉伯之春”以来中东地区国家的转型困难与新冠肺炎疫情危机叠加，使多数中东国家的发展困境在2021年依旧十分严重。中东仍然“乱”，但中东正在“变”，十年的反思与探索带来了新希望，求自主自立，谋稳定发展，努力走好自己的路，正在成为各方共识，民心所向。2021年是中国共产党建党百年诞辰，也是中东国家加深对中国共产党百年成就与治国理政经验认知的一年。面对百年巨变、世纪疫情延宕与美国战略收缩，2022年中东地区将继续发生深刻变化，但不确定、不可测因素依然存在。

作者简介

　　余泳，上海外国语大学中东研究所副研究员、副所长，中国中东学会理事。主要研究方向为中东海湾国家政治、经济、对外关系以及海合会，主持和参与各类研究项目10余项，公开发表学术论文和撰写研究报告30余篇。行政职责主要包括教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地和各级智库建设平台的日常运营与测评等。
