  本教材具有以下几个特点:1.活页式装帧。为及时更新、补充内容,反映信息技术发展和产业升级情况,教材采用活页形式,活页装夹。本教材分为5个项目,共12个任务、1个综合技能训练。选用本教材的教师可以根据学情变化调整学习任务的顺序,以此来开展教学。该教材同时具备了“活页”和“教材”的双重属性,又具备了“学习资料”和“活页笔记”的双重功能。2.项目化设计。本教材以学生为主体,以外贸工作任务为载体,以工作过程为导向设计了项目化工作页,注重学生的参与性和实践性,强调学生自主学习和写作技能的训练。在每一个任务中都明确了“ 学习目标”, 便于学生明确学习目的; 安排“ 任务导入”, 引导学生带着任务学习样信后, 通过“ 课堂讨论” 归纳出各主题信函写作的技巧,然后完成导入训练,使学生的学习和训练具有针对性,从而提高学习效果。每一个任务都配有“句型链接”,扩展了学生信函写作的资源;每一个任务后面都设计了代表本任务综合水平的预期学习成果;在教材最后设计了代表本课程综合水平的总的预期学习成果,不仅有利于教师明确教学方向,更有利于检验学生学习每一个任务和本门课程的效果。另外,在每一个任务后配有大量的技能训练题,进一步强化学生外贸信函的写作能力。3.立体化资源。本教材从知识点和技能点出发,配套开发了课程标准、微课、电子课件、句型链接、单元习题、综合写作训练等丰富的数字化教学资源。为了便于教与学,选用本教材的读者可以登录东北财经大学出版社“财济书院”(www.idufep.com) 下载或浏览上述相关资源。此外,教材中的参考译文和答案通过扫描书中的二维码即可获得。本教材采用与数字化资源相结合的方式,构建“处处可学、时时能学、人人乐学”的学习空间,提升学生的学习兴趣。4.校企联合编写。根据外贸业务员岗位及其工作任务,由山西省财政税务专科学校教师和山西尚源工贸股份有限公司的业务专家组建了教材编写团队,实行学校和企业双主编制。为了强化学生的综合写作能力,由企业提供各个任务的考核内容和要求,并在本教材的最后一个单元安排了“综合写作技能训练”内容,从“交易的准备”、“交易的磋商”一直到“合同的履行”,校企双方对整个外贸沟通过程中使用的往来信函进行了综合模拟设计,在提高学生写作能力的同时,也对这种能力进行了检验和考核。本教材适用于高等职业国际经济与贸易、商务英语、电子商务、市场营销、跨境电商等经济类专业“外贸英语函电”等课程的教学,也可供从事外贸业务活动的从业人员自学或参考。
