On being nominated for four Grammies, why she loves Duffy, and the worst thing she has read about herself this year？

Journalist: Where were you when you heard about the Grammy nominations?

Adele: I was with my mum, watching Blood Diamond . I was hoping I’d be nominated for one, but I wasn’t expecting it. Perez Hilton let me know I’d got the first one - he’s been championing me in America. Then it was four within an hour - my mum screamed. I was afraid we’d wake the neighbours.

阿黛尔：当时我和母亲正在看《Blood Diamond》.虽然我希望自己可以得到提名，但是我没料到竟然成真。Perez Hilton让我得知我是冠军，他在美国一直支持我。接下来的一个小时内收到了另外四项提名通知，母亲一直兴奋地尖叫，我很担心我们把邻居吵醒。
