Presented by Emperor Daoguang in 1845 or the 5th year of his reign. There are 13 pages with words in Chinese, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan languages, reading: “You are appointed as the Panchen Erdeni to pacify and take in charge of the Tashilhungpo Monastery area.”
